Disclaimer
Last updated: September 14, 2026
This Disclaimer explains the limitations of the information and results provided by Digitoly Link Checker (the "Service"). By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the limitations described below.
1. Results May Not Always Be Accurate
Digitoly Link Checker performs automated checks of website links and related resources. Although we aim to provide useful and reliable results, automated link checking cannot guarantee complete or error-free results.
A link may sometimes be reported as broken, unavailable, or problematic even though it works correctly for a normal visitor. This can happen because websites may block automated requests, use security systems, require authentication, apply rate limits, or respond differently to automated requests.
Similarly, a link that is reported as working may subsequently become unavailable or may behave differently for certain users or circumstances.
You should manually verify important results before making decisions or taking action based on them.
2. No Guarantee of Complete Website Coverage
The Service may not discover or check every page, link, redirect, or resource on a website.
The number of links that can be checked may depend on factors such as the website's structure, accessibility, server configuration, network conditions, crawling restrictions, robots.txt directives, authentication requirements, rate limits, and other technical limitations.
Therefore, a completed scan should not be interpreted as a guarantee that a website contains no broken links or other technical issues.
3. Third-Party Websites
Digitoly Link Checker may access and report information about websites and resources operated by third parties.
Digitoly does not control those websites and cannot guarantee their availability, accuracy, security, content, or behavior.
A result generated by the Service should not be interpreted as an endorsement, certification, or guarantee of any third-party website or service.
4. No Professional Advice
Information and results provided by Digitoly Link Checker are for general informational and technical purposes only.
Nothing on this website or within the Service constitutes legal, professional, cybersecurity, technical, financial, or business advice.
You are responsible for evaluating the results provided by the Service and deciding whether and how to act upon them.
5. Automated Checks and External Factors
The Service relies on automated requests and external network resources. Results may be affected by factors outside Digitoly's control, including temporary server failures, DNS issues, redirects, firewalls, content delivery networks, security systems, network outages, HTTP errors, access restrictions, and changes made by website owners.
Because these conditions can change over time, the result of a link check represents the state observed by the Service at or around the time the check was performed and may not reflect the current state of the website.
6. No Security Guarantee
Digitoly Link Checker is primarily a link-checking tool. A successful link check does not mean that a website is secure, free from vulnerabilities, malware, malicious content, or other security risks.
Likewise, a failed link check does not necessarily indicate that a website has a security vulnerability.
7. Use at Your Own Risk
Your use of Digitoly Link Checker and your reliance on its results are at your own discretion and risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Digitoly is not responsible for losses, damages, business interruption, or other consequences arising from decisions or actions taken based on information or results provided by the Service.
For additional information regarding limitations of liability, please review our Terms & Conditions.
8. No Affiliation or Endorsement
Digitoly Link Checker is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to the websites, companies, platforms, or services that may be checked using the Service unless explicitly stated otherwise.
References to third-party websites, services, brands, or technologies are provided solely for identification or functional purposes.
9. Changes to This Disclaimer
We may update this Disclaimer from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, applicable laws, or our practices.
When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
