What you're paying for

A payment unlocks a higher link limit for one specific link check, allowing it to continue past the free 100-link limit. It applies only to that one check — it isn't a subscription, and it doesn't carry over to future checks of the same or a different site.

Cancelling before payment completes

You can close the payment window at any point before confirming payment with no charge. Nothing is deducted unless a payment is actually completed.

Refunds

Because this unlocks a digital service that begins delivering results immediately upon payment, we generally don't offer refunds once a payment has gone through and the check has resumed. If a payment was taken but the check failed to unlock due to a technical error on our end, contact us and we'll make it right — either by unlocking the check manually or refunding the charge.

Duplicate or accidental charges

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same check, or charged in error, contact us right away via the Contact Us page with your payment details and we'll look into it promptly.
